Beautiful building dating back to the end of the 19th century, designed by architect and engineer when Florence was the Capital of Italy (Poggi plan). This whole four-storey building; with four open sides has hosted the INPS offices, after having been owned by private families. The ground and underground floors are used as commercial space. My development plan foresees to identify two new tenants
for the shops. On the first floor there will be two large units of circa 320 sqm and 250 sqm; the second floor will be characterised by 3 units of circa 230 sqm, 150 sqm and 110 sqm; on the third floor there will be 4 units, with an internal penthous with a surface between 200 and 300 sqm. Those who make an advanced reservation will have the advantage to customize the unit, such as the distribution of the internal layout, request decorative motifs, stuccoes or frescoes, to determine the distribution of fan coils, light sources, etc.
